Investment and Private Equity

Box Wilson Equity is a real estate investment and private equity firm with principals located in Austin, Texas and Denver, Colorado. We invest in commercial real estate either directly as sponsors, or through equity positions in other sponsors. We focus primarily on cash flowing real estate assets, such as multifamily apartments, mobile home parks, and self storage.  But, we also invest in other assets, such as distressed debt, that offers strong risk-adjusted returns.

We have deep knowledge and experience in:

  • Acquisitions: including negotiating contracts, performing due diligence, financial underwriting, financial analysis/projections, and structuring private placements/investments
  • Asset Management: including selection and oversight of 3rd party property management, partnership management, capital improvements oversight, and annual budgeting
  • Disposition: including broker selection, contract negotiation, managing the sales process, and partnership liquidation
